It is possible to return or exchange products purchased on www.calico-mood.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Whether it is a matter of exchanging the size, color, one product for another, or requesting a refund, the ordered products must first be returned.
All products must be returned with the appropriate receipt, with all original tags attached, unused and unwashed. Products that have been custom-made or modified to your liking cannot be returned, nor can products ordered during a sale.
The costs of returning the product, as well as costs in the event of loss of the product, are borne by the user.
The products must be placed in the original packaging or packaging that is equally strong in order not to damage the product.
