When ordering, you can choose one of the following delivery options:
- Standard delivery: delivery within Croatia usually takes 3 to 5 business days. The cost of standard delivery is 4 euros.
- Express delivery: delivery within Croatia takes 1 to 2 business days. The cost of express delivery is 6 euros.
- International shipping: Delivery outside of Croatia can take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number. You can track your package via the link in the email.
Damage and loss of shipment
If you notice that the shipment is damaged upon pickup, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Taxes and customs duties
For international orders, additional taxes and duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional charges that may arise.
Unclaimed shipments
If the customer does not collect the shipment and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge additional redelivery costs.
